The Infinity Group was formally established in early 2015.
We are specialists in the development and acquisitions of high end retail, industrial and commercial properties across Africa.
The Group was formed with the intention of revolutionizing the property industry by eliminating the need for public advertising as well as the cost of disposing assets for listed funds as well as private landlords.
Backed by knowledgeable and experienced individuals as well as a large database of active investors on our books, Infinity Group is capable of completing transactions in a faster time frame than your typical brokerage without sacrificing value in the property or public advertising campaigns. We are also well positioned to deal with letting and management of both residential and commercial real estate.
Primarily the focus over the past few years has been on acquisitions and disposals of high end retail properties such as shopping centers and filling stations. However, Infinity Group has shown itself capable of handling large multi-sector portfolios throughout the country including the industrial and residential sectors.
The Group is also active in the property development sector, and is currently focusing on building a portfolio across the country with its base in Cape Town.
